1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All tea allocations and retail packages are inspected, hermetically sealed, and dispatched from our primary facility in Jhajjar, Haryana within 24 to 48 business hours following order confirmation.
2. Delivery Timelines Across India
- Delhi NCR & Northern Region: 2 to 4 business days.
- Metropolitan Centers (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days depending on regional logistics accessibility.
3. Shipment Tracking & Packaging Integrity
Once your consignment has been handed over to our verified national courier partners, an automated notification containing tracking credentials will be shared via email and SMS. Every package is shipped in multi-barrier moisture-lock protective cartons to ensure garden-fresh arrival.
